Class Schedules
Class schedules will not be available in SchoolFusion until Saturday, September 4.  They will also be available upon return to school.  If you do not remember your SchoolFusion password, please do not submit password requests as they will not be answered.  You will receive passwords in your first period class once school has begun.
2010-2011 Bus Routes
New bus routes have been posted to the Prince William County website.  Click here to access routes for all Prince William County schools.  Stonewall's routes will remain accessible through the "School Information" link on the left.
Are You Ready for Some Football?
Friday night, August 27th, is our first home football game against Martinsburg, WV.  The game is right here at Stonewall and begins at 7:30.  Next Friday, September 3rd, is another home game against Garfield.  Please come out and support the Raiders!
Accounts for the School Web Site & Edulink Intouch
Students: Student user accounts are automatically created and all new and returning students will receive further information about their accounts and passwords once they begin school.
Parents: If you have an existing parent account, you do not need to create a new login for the current school year (2010-11). If your child has changed schools within Prince William County, your user login will work at the new school.  If you are a parent and have forgotten your password, click on the login button to School Fusion.  You will be re-directed to a screen to try to enter your information again.  On this screen there is also a link that says "Forgot password?"  This link will allow you to enter your user ID or email to retrieve your password information. Parent logins and student logins are separate and the information you can access is different. Please use your parent login for the school web site or Edulink Intouch. If you do not have an existing account, you will need to pick up an Authoriztion Letter to create an account.  For more infomation about this process and parent accounts, please see the "New User Registration" page accessed through the link in the left menu.
Back-to-School Night
Back-to-School night is scheduled for October 5th.  Parents are invited to the school to meet with faculty and staff, as well as to pick up school fusion/Edulink Authoriztion Letters at this time.  More information will follow.
SJHS New Course Change Policy
Student course selections are used as the basis for textbook purchases, teacher employment, and master scheduling development; therefore, schedule changes will not be permitted in the fall. We encourage students and parents to give careful consideration to the courses selected in order to ensure that students are able to enroll in the courses they want. Your student will receive another copy in May of his/her course selections for next year.  If you have changes that you would like to make please do so on this form prior to July 1, 2010 by returning the form to your child's counselor. Because registration is a commitment on the part of the student, parent, and staff members, we encourage you to consult with your student's counselor prior to the end of the academic school year. This process will ensure that courses selected by your student meet all desired objectives based upon diploma type and career goals. Again, there will be no schedule changes after July 1, 2010.
IB/MYP/AP Summer Reading & Assignments
The 2010 reading lists for all grades are posted here.  Additional summer assignments will be added as they become available. Please check back often as additions will be made.  Important information about summer assignments: IB, MYP and AP courses are academically rigorous and challenging. They will motivate you to explore new ideas and enhance your skills in analysis and critical thinking. We want you to be successful. While participation is voluntary, we strongly encourage you to complete the summer assignment for the advanced course(s) that you are taking in 2010-11. We want you to feel prepared for your class and less pressured during the first weeks of the course.

Manassas Mall School Sense
Manassas Mall is pleased to offer its School Sense incentive program for a second year to help local schools earn free computers, a/v tools, sporting equipment, and more. Parents and teachers can turn in purchase receipts from any Manassas Mall store (excluding J.C. Penney, Macy's, and Target) to the mall management office to earn points for the school of their choice. Participating schools can then "shop" from a catalog of supplies with their cumulative school points. Since last year, our School Division as a whole has accumulated more than 255,000 points.

Graduation 2010
Stonewall Jackson's 2010 graduation ceremony will air on Monday, July 5 at 5:30 p.m. and Friday, July 9 at 5:30 on PWCS-TV (Channel 18 on Comcast Cable and Channel 36 on Verizon FiOS) and will be available on demand beginning June 21st at pwcstv.com.
